Ease-of-use

• Sleek, buttonless colour touch panels allow for intuitive access to all device functionalities, with customisation options to suit needs
• An optional Convenience Stapler can be mounted onto the multifunction devices, for easy stapling of up to 20 pages, allowing users to walk away with a finished document

Convenient Functionality

• Support for most widespread mobile printing standards in the market (Mopria and AirPrint) for flexible printing from mobile devices, without the need to install individual drivers
• App-ready, cloud enabled MFPs offer direct connection to cloud services such as Microsoft SharePoint or Toshiba’s Cloud Printing Solutions

Reliable, Powerful Performance

• Output speeds of between 33 and 50 pages per minute (ppm) with scalable paper capacities, to suit workgroups of all sizes
• A Dual Scan Document Feeder (DSDF) comes as standard on the new MFPs, enabling both sides of a duplex document to be scanned simultaneously, for document handling at exceptional speed
• Intelligent Storage Drive (ISD) for faster start-up, quicker data retrieval, and less additional hardware compared to a traditional Hard Disk Drive (HDD)

High-level Security

• Integrated security features are designed to reduce the risk of security gaps between your document, your device and your network, while ensuring compliance with industry requirements and standards
• High-level data security is provided thanks to the Trusted Platform Module (TPM) 2.0, securing confidential data against unauthorised access
• Self-encrypting drives offer comprehensive, hardware-level security against third party access, encrypting data with a unique encrypted key to help ensure that none of it falls into the wrong hands.

• Designed with over 90% recyclable materials, and equipped with eco-friendly and low-CO2 emission properties, supporting compliance with environmental, social and governance (ESG) principles
• Duplex printing as standard to save paper usage and money

• Durable steel frames provide stability and long-term performance, with hardware designed for intensive usage and minimal tools required for maintenance. Long-life machines mean less electronic waste and associated emissions
