Managing Director, James, talked about the importance of portraying the agency at its best through their collateral, “Agencies work in different ways, some use external companies to print their brochures, others in-house with low-quality paper, some nothing at all. We think that presenting customers with a glossy full colour brochure at a viewing gives a more personal touch, something for them to takeaway and refer to at a later date, but we need to be agile and make changes to the content, so using an external agency to pre-print just doesn’t work for us. We need the quality of an external agency with the flexibility of internal printing.”
When the estate agent were looking to refresh their printing estate a number of years ago, they were approached by specialist print supplier The Zero Group.
