Our Recruitment Process

Depending on the job vacancy you're applying for, there are various interview techniques we like to use to ensure we have found the right people for our business, and just as important, that the role will be right for you. Some of these steps are:

  • Telephone interview; a more convenient way for us to find out more about you and for you to find out more about us
  • Competency based interview; to ask you questions based on real life examples to understand how you may behave and deal with different situations
  • Technical test; to be able to measure the knowledge you have already and to understand your thought processes dealing with real life situations¬†
  • Psychometric test; to understand how you would react to different social situations and your overall attitude and behaviour
  • Presentation; for us to gauge your understand and actions on a certain topic. It also helps us understand how you can cope under pressure

Once we have completed the interview process, we will have a better idea of what you are like as a person and if you will be a fit for the business. As will you have a better understanding of what we do and if you would like to work for us.
