Training and Development

At Toshiba we like to promote from within, regardless of the department you work for. For example, if you are interested to move from Order Processing to Service Engineering, or Service Engineering to Training we would encourage such movement given the many different departments we have within the business.

Training and development

To grow within the business, we also have the following training available to all of our staff:

  • Internal training for various courses such as Customer Services, Technical Training, Behavioural/ Development training as and when required
  • External training delivered by a professional and experienced business such as: Project Management, Management Skills training plus many others
  • On the job training to help put what you learn in to practice
