We are accredited with the Institute of Sales Professional Sales (ISP), and as a member we exhibit integrity, credibility and a genuine interest in helping our customers obtain the right solutions to their business problems.

To highlight our dedication to ethical behaviour, our entire sales team have achieved Professional Registration with the ISP. This is to demonstrate our commitment to the highest professional standards. To mark this outstanding achievement, Toshiba Tec has been presented with an Investor in Sales Award from the ISP. Andrew Hough, Chief Executive Officer of the ISP, said, "Toshiba Tec is a valued and respected member of the ISP and we both hold the view that ethics, career development and treating sales as a profession are vital in order to give this profession the credibility it deserves."

The ISP provide development, standards and leadership to the sales profession. Formed in 2012 within the Chartered Institute of Marketing, and incorporated as a not for profit entity in 2014, it is designed to represent sales as a profession to governments, buyers and customers. Their objective is to support salespeople in achieving their career goals whilst delivering exceptional results. And to create a world where sales is recognised and celebrated as a respected profession, through chartership, qualifications and exacting standards.

The ISP professionally registers sales professionals who display high standards of customer focus and quality. The ISP puts customer and ethics at the heart of all sales activity, values that we share.
