The UK Service Manager is a key strategic and operational leadership role responsible for the development, continuous improvement and delivery of customer service and the strategic development of operational requirements, process and technology, to deliver key service outcomes for customers in either a B2B or B2C environment in the areas of retail solutions. You will be based out of our Chertsey office supporting the TGCS UK Service team.
This is a great role for someone that has extensive experiencing managing operational customer service teams, proven experience of change management and adapting to moving trends and strong strategic and customer focus with a clear understanding of the wider issues affecting the relevant markets.
