Reporting to the Managing Director the Service Director vacancy is a key strategic and operational role for Toshiba Tec companies in the UK. Accountable for the development, continuous improvement and delivery of customer service and the strategic development of service operations.

To be successful you will need to have extensive experience in managing operational customer service teams with an established track record of exceeding targets, KPI’s, SLA’s, in a quality led, legislative compliant department. You will have excellent communication and negotiation skills with evidence of well-developed leadership skills.

Credit Control Administrator - Chertsey 

We have a Credit Control Administrator vacancy for someone to join our credit control team. This person will be providing comprehensive administrative support to the credit control team, finance accounting team, accounts payable and treasury. With specific duties around cash allocation, invoicing, direct debit processing along with daily administrative duties.

A essential skill to this role is high attention to detail as well a Grade 4-6 (equivalent to B-C) in GCSE in Math’s. Experience is desired in admin support and direct debit processing.
